Welcome!

I believe the space shared between two or more people in a therapeutic relationship is sacred. I am always honored to be invited into your soul space, whether in a training, a small group or individually. Those who come to the Enneagram training or to an individual session have made a significant, worthwhile decision for many reasons; one being that you have consciously chosen to become more aware of who you are and your role in the world, the other is that you have decided to be a life-long learner, wanting your journey of life to be rich with all that is good and true.

As a counselor, psychologist, coach, spiritual director, minister or anyone in the helping profession, your inner work is essential and is usually accomplished through many therapeutic tools, the Enneagram being one of them. During your own Enneagram journey you will be able to share the Enneagram’s wisdom with others. This journey provides a path leading to a deep awareness of our uniqueness of who we all are, distinguishing our strengths and our weakness (the best part of us is also the worst part of us). We also attain a better understanding of the differences in ourselves and others which gives us more compassion for ourselves and others.

My goal is to create a place that is safe and trusting so you can become conscious of your truth and make choices in your life that will inspire your to live your life to the fullest potential.

I offer individual therapy for those who are going through their own personal journey of the Enneagram. I offer trainings for those in the helping profession to best teach the enneagram in their practice. You will be provided specific Enneagram techniques for each of the personality types/numbers. These trainings will also benefit anyone who wants to continue in their own personal growth by learning techniques that can be implemented in your own life.
